At Needit Clickit, we aim to dispatch orders quickly and deliver them safely using reliable UK couriers.

The courier used may depend on the size, weight, value, and destination of your order.
Standard Delivery
Our standard delivery service is 48-hour tracked delivery for all orders.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details where available so you can follow the progress of your parcel.
Please note that the 48-hour delivery timeframe is an estimated delivery aim from the courier and is not a guaranteed delivery date.
Express Delivery
Additional express delivery services may be available at checkout for an extra cost.
Express delivery options, prices, and estimated timeframes will be shown before you complete your order.
Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, usually within 1 working day.
Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will usually be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Timeframes
Typical delivery timeframes are:

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information where applicable.
Tracking updates may not appear immediately after dispatch. Some couriers only update tracking once the parcel has moved through their network.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.
We cannot accept responsibility for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout.
Missed or Failed Deliveries
If the courier is unable to deliver your order, they may:
- Attempt delivery again
- Leave the parcel in a safe place
- Leave it with a neighbour
- Take it to a local collection point or depot
Please follow the instructions provided by the courier on your tracking page or delivery card.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will look into this for you.
We may ask you to allow a reasonable amount of time for the courier to complete delivery before we can issue a replacement or refund.
Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the damaged packaging and item.
This helps us resolve the issue quickly with the courier.
Delivery Costs
Delivery costs will be shown at checkout before you place your order.
Standard tracked delivery may be included free of charge on selected orders, depending on the products, order value, or promotions available at the time.
