Thank you for shopping with Needit Clickit. We want you to be happy with your purchase. This Returns & Refunds Policy explains how returns, cancellations, exchanges and refunds are handled for orders placed through our website.

1. Change of mind returns

If you are a UK consumer buying online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

After you tell us that you wish to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

Please include your order number, full name, the item you wish to return and the reason for return, if you are happy to provide one.

2. Condition of returned items

Returned items must be sent back in a clean, unused and resaleable condition, with all original packaging, accessories, labels and parts included where possible.

You are allowed to inspect the goods in the same way you would in a shop, but you must take reasonable care of them while they are in your possession.

If an item is returned used, damaged, incomplete, missing parts, or handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it, we may reduce the refund amount to reflect any loss in value.

3. Return postage costs

For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return postage unless we have agreed otherwise.

We recommend using a tracked or proof-of-postage service, as we cannot be responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.

4. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include your order number and, where possible, photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

If the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrectly supplied, we will offer a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, repair, partial refund or full refund depending on the situation and your legal rights.

For faulty or incorrect items, we will cover reasonable return postage costs where a return is required.

5. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, or once you provide proof that you have sent it back, we will process your refund as soon as possible.

Refunds will be made back to the original payment method used for the order.

We will usually process refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or within 14 days of receiving proof that the goods have been returned, whichever is earlier.

Please note that your bank, card provider or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund in your account.

6. Delivery charges

For change of mind cancellations, we will refund the standard delivery cost paid for the original order where required by law.

If you chose a more expensive delivery option than our standard delivery option, we may only refund the amount of our standard delivery charge.

Return postage costs for change of mind returns are the customer’s responsibility unless we have agreed otherwise.

7. Items that cannot be returned

Some items may not be eligible for return once opened, used or unsealed, including:

  • Personal care or hygiene-related products where the seal has been broken
  • Items made to your specification or personalised for you
  • Perishable goods
  • Items that are damaged after delivery due to misuse, accidental damage or normal wear and tear
  • Any item that cannot be resold for health, hygiene or safety reasons once opened

This does not affect your legal rights if an item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.

8. Exchanges

We may offer exchanges where stock is available.

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us first. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we may offer a refund instead.

10. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to goods that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
