3. Product Information
We make every reasonable effort to ensure product descriptions, images, prices and availability are accurate.
However, product colours, packaging, dimensions or appearance may vary slightly from the images shown due to screen settings, manufacturer updates, packaging changes or photography.
Product images are for illustration purposes unless stated otherwise.
It is your responsibility to check that the product is suitable for your intended use before placing an order.
4. Pricing
All prices are shown in GBP (£).
Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted by us.
Where applicable, prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Delivery charges, if any, will be shown at checkout before you place your order.
5. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the goods in your basket.
After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order, but it does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where:
- the product is unavailable;
- there is an error in the price or description;
- payment is not authorised;
- we suspect fraud or misuse;
- delivery is not possible to the address provided;

We may use third-party payment providers such as PayPal, Stripe, card processors or other payment gateways. Your payment information is handled securely by the relevant payment provider.
We do not store your full payment card details on our website.
7. Delivery
We deliver to the locations shown at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed unless we specifically state that a guaranteed service has been purchased.
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including postal delays, courier disruption, incorrect addresses, customs checks, severe weather, strikes or technical issues.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If an order is delayed, lost or returned because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, we may ask you to pay any additional delivery cost to resend the order.
Risk in the goods passes to you once the goods have been delivered to the address provided.
8. Failed Delivery and Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us because delivery was unsuccessful, refused, uncollected or the address was incorrect, we may contact you to arrange redelivery or cancellation.
Where the issue was caused by incorrect information provided by you, or failure to collect the parcel, we may deduct or charge reasonable delivery and return costs, unless the goods were faulty or not as described.
9. Your Right to Cancel
If you are a UK consumer buying online, you usually have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days after the day you receive the goods, without giving a reason.
To cancel, you must clearly tell us that you wish to cancel your order. You can contact us by email at:
shop@needit-clickit.co.uk
Please include:
- your name;
- order number;
- delivery address;
- the item you wish to cancel or return.
You do not have to use a specific cancellation form, but your cancellation request must be clear.
10. Returning Goods After Cancellation
After telling us you wish to cancel, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of cancellation.
Returns address will be provided upon return request.
Unless the goods are faulty, not as described or we have agreed otherwise, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
You should obtain proof of postage when returning goods. We are not responsible for returned goods lost in transit.
11. Refunds After Cancellation
If you cancel your order within the legal cancellation period, we will refund the price paid for the goods and the standard delivery charge, if applicable.
We may deduct an amount from the refund if the goods have been handled more than necessary to check their nature, characteristics and function.
We will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.
Refunds will usually be made using the original payment method.
12. Items That Cannot Usually Be Cancelled or Returned

- sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery;
- perishable goods;
- goods that have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery;

This does not affect your rights if goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.

shop@needit-clickit.co.uk
Please include your order number and, where possible, photos showing the issue.
